In order for our Young People (YP) to bloom and achieve their potential we as their emotionally available adults also need to give ourselves the space to rest, restore, reflect and repair. In our experience YP intuitively pick up on ‘when we’re having a bad day’ and this can alter the path of a lesson dramatically. On top of that ongoing stress related physical and mental ill-health is one of the biggest causes of absence from the work place and why many teachers are leaving the profession in their droves. Breathe Outdoors can offer your staff team…
Six week in depth group outdoor mindfulness/ stress management course at £200 per person. This involves a 1.5 hour session on a weekly basis. During these sessions staff will experience and practise various researched and known methods to reduce stress and increase wellbeing.
Individual outdoor mindfulness/ stress management course at £400 per person. This one to one time really allows for expression and connection between practitioner and participant. It also allows for a more confidential and personal approach to the course.
